CONDITIONS OF SALE & RETURNS POLICY BUYING DIRECTLY FROM THE STUDIO.
1. Insurance: The purchaser explicitly and tacitly agrees that by purchasing the artwork, Insurance is not included in the artworks price and that they are responsible for insuring works in transit to themselves.
2. Shipping /transportation and custom duties: The purchaser explicitly and tacitly agrees that by purchasing the artwork, shipping and custom duties, are not included in the artworks price paid and that they are responsible for sourcing and paying their preferred shipping provider, and any relevant customs duty. The purchaser is responsible for all liaison with regards to the delivery of the artworks to themselves, with their shipping provider.
3. Final dimensions and weight of artwork purchased: The artist will provide the specific packaged weight dimensions and will provide the correct collection address for the third-party shipping supplier, upon receipt of payment for the artwork.
4. Purchasers address: The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct delivery address information to their shipping provider, and ensuring there will be a person to accept the artwork, as required by the shipping provider.
5. Delivery Date: The artwork will be shipped as timeously as possible, once the purchaser has provided the shipping details to the artist. The artist will not be responsible for any shipping/ postal delays.
6. Damages: Any damages incurred once the artwork has left the artists studio, must be dealt with in respect of the insurance taken out by the purchaser whether that is a third-party or the purchaser has self insured.
7. Returns and Refunds: No refunds and returns are possible, once the work has been purchased, without a handling fee.
